Ten days!

What a l-o-n-g week this has been. Every day seemed like it was 3 days long. Since TCAP is over and the weather is warmer, the children are more hyper. The adults, however, seem to have less patience. Hyper kids plus less patience equals lots of grumpiness!

I hate the time change. I really, really, really, hate the change. Even though it is only an hour and I have never had a good sleep pattern, it knocks me for a loop. Either that or it is a good excuse to be in a bad mood.

Count down!

That summed up my conversation with one of the dear, sweet 11 year olds that I teach. It amazes me each year that these young pups think somehow they can out wit me, out scam me, and out talk me. Don’t they know that I had the art of sarcasm and wit perfected before they were even thought of? Puhlease.
