Went to dinner with my kids tonight and almost choked because Wesley was being so funny. Love you Wesley!!!

In seven days I will be on the beach with my book and bottle….yahooooooo!

Ten more school days until the beach. I am so excited!!!!

Well, I have Seniors this year. It is so nice to see how they have grown and matured over the last 6 years. At least some of them have. Bless their hearts, some of them still don’t have a clue.

I am so excited that True Blood starts tonight! yippeeee

I am so glad it is finally here! And I have a million things on my to do list so I better get started. First on the list is to get my patio finished so I can enjoy it before summer is over.

Where has this year gone? I need to work harder at keeping this site updated. Summer, I beg of you, please get here soon

I traveled to New Orleans over the weekend to attend my brother’s wedding. It was beautiful and I had a wonderful time. However, I am so glad to be home! Nothing like being locked in a van with your family to make you enjoy peace and quiet.

Being away from my old friends that know me well is a learning experience.

I am trying to view myself as those that are just beginning to know me must view me. I think that I need to work on my facial expressions. I have figured out that I do not hide my feelings well.

That and being a teacher for so long has made me realize that it is hard to hide my, “Shut the heck up look.” I am sure many of you know it well

It is good news! I am so excited. I got the counseling job I have been wanting at our feeder high school.
